Located near the heart of Sacramento, Arden-Arcade is an unincorporated community comprised of some of Sacramento’s finest neighborhoods, including Sierra Oaks, Arden Park, Arden Oaks and Del Norte Woods. The area also includes Garden of the Gods as well as many high demand mid-level neighborhoods. Campus Commons has also been another popular area to call home that is comprised of townhomes that are convenient to Sacramento State as well as downtown.

Nearly 100,000 residents live in this community, covering approximately thirteen square miles. It is home to Pavilions Shopping Center, Town and Country Village, Loehmann’s Plaza and Arden Fair Mall. A number of local and signature Sacramento shops and cafes can also be found throughout Arden-Arcade.

The San Juan Unified School District has many award winning schools in addition to schools that offer the International Baccalaureate program, attracting students from many parts of the region. There are also several private schools throughout the area that are in high demand by families.
